Referrals and Research: This is one of my favorite resources in finding a salon. There's nothing better than hearing from a person whose been to the salon of your choice. Another way is right at your finger tips. Take advantage of the Internet or Yellow Pages.
Check out the license: A beauty salon must hold a license. This stands that the person has taken required courses and training from a certified beauty school. Checking out the license is important because you are trying to improve your looks not harm them.
